This course is one of a pair of Registry preparation courses designed to prepare the applicant for the successful acquisition of the Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) credential. This course is totally self contained. Four separate modules lead the student through topics including human anatomy, physiology, the pathophysiology of many disease processes as well as methods of investigating and diagnosing vascular disease. The course concentrates on preparing the student for their Registry exams as well as for future employment in a modern vascular lab. This course is designed using the registry test content outline with assignment questions and the final exam patterned after the registry exam format. Students will find this course an invaluable asset to their study materials.

This course has been evaluated by the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (SDMS) and has been approved for 40 continuing medical education (CME) credits.
